We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything we can (within reason) to make you completely satisfied with your bicycle. We are more than happy to adjust the handle bars, seat, chain, brakes, gears (if any), or tire pressure at the time of purchase or anytime within the first 30 days free of charge.

We do not accept returns on bicycle purchases. Kinda like a new car, once you roll off the showroom floor you can't return it. All our bikes come with at least a 30 day (some model up to 90 days) manufacturer warranty on frame and parts. If you have any problems with your bike within that time period and the problem is found to be a defect we will fix or replace the defective part. Items covered by warranty must be approved by the manufacturer before we can install any replacement parts.

Local customers may exchange your bicycle for a different color or different model within 7 days. No exchanges can be made on bikes that show any damage from use or transport. The bike must be in "like-new" sellable condition. Things we look for include: chipped paint, scratches, crash damage, torn seats, worn tires (5+ miles of use), rust.

On-line customers may not return or exchange bicycles because of the shipping costs involved. Once a bike has been fully assembled, it is very difficult to disassemble and repackage the bike so that is doesn't get damaged in return shipping. It also does not make sense to pay $200 in shipping cost ($100 each way), to return a bike that cost less than $200 in the first place (most bikes available for shipping cost less than $200).

Parts and accessories can be returned in new unused condition within 15 days. After 15 days, but before 30 days store credit will be issued. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and $10 credit card processing fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping on any parts & accessories being returned.
